Colors
At Napzzo, we strive to accurately represent the colors of our garments on www.napzzo.com. However, please note that color variations may occur due to the quality of the monitor, mobile device, or screen, as well as environmental lighting. Therefore, we cannot guarantee that the colors will be 100% identical to the actual product.


Delivery Time
The delivery time for items purchased through our online store is up to twelve (12) business days under normal operating conditions. This period starts from the date of transaction approval. The date and time of payment approval determine the delivery time as follows:

- If the purchase is confirmed before 3:00 p.m. from Monday to Friday, the first business day is considered the day of purchase, from which the delivery time is counted.
- If the purchase is confirmed after 3:00 p.m., the delivery time is calculated from the next business day following payment confirmation.
- For purchases made on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays, the delivery time starts from the next business day after payment confirmation.

Delivery times are estimates and do not guarantee specific deadlines. No compensation will be offered for delivery delays, as they are beyond our control.

Product Issues
If any item in your order is unavailable due to lack of stock or inventory, Napzzo reserves the right to cancel the order in whole or in part and proceed only with the available products. We will notify you immediately and promptly refund your money. While products may run out, we strive to meet your expectations by offering suitable alternatives.

If we encounter any of the above situations, Napzzo will contact you to resolve the issue. It is crucial to provide accurate contact information, as it will be our way of communicating with you. If we are unable to reach you after several attempts, we will use the information provided to offer you a solution, which you can accept or reject. If we do not receive a response, we will assume you accept our proposal.

Exchanges
We offer the option to exchange the item you purchased for another. You have up to 15 days from the billing date to make the exchange. You can do so through our online store, but please note that only for damage or mal function exchanges are accepted.

Ensure that the desired product is available in our online store. Exchanges can only be made for products of equal value to the originally purchased item.

Please consider the following:

- Exchanges are accepted within the period specified in the terms and conditions of each product (15 days after purchase).
- If the selected product for exchange has a higher value, you must pay the difference. If it is of lesser value, you will receive a change certificate for future purchases.
- Shipping costs are not included in the product value and are not added to the amount available for the exchange.

Warranties
If the product you have purchased presents any defect in quality, suitability, or safety within the warranty period, you are entitled to make a claim. The warranty period begins from the date you receive the product and lasts for a maximum of 25 days. However, this period may vary depending on the product; for more details, consult the specifications on the packaging or the product label.

When making a claim, ensure the garment is clean and use adhesive tape to indicate the location of the defect, avoiding any alterations to the product that could invalidate the warranty claim.

To request the product warranty, you can send it to our offices by following these steps:

- Full name.
- Identity document number.
- Contact phone number.
- Order number (found on the invoice and in the order confirmation email).
- Reference of the product you wish to send.
- Reason for requesting the product warranty.
- Attach a photograph of the defect.

Once we receive your email or message, we will contact you to coordinate the product shipment. Once we receive the product at our offices, we will provide a response regarding the approval or denial of the warranty within a maximum of 15 business days.

Return the product unused.

You must deliver the product in its original packaging.
All accessories associated with the product must be included in the package.
Tags and labels must be intact.

The refund will be processed when you exercise the right of withdrawal, provided there is evidence that we have received your product and it meets the conditions previously defined in the withdrawal chapter.
Please note:

- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- The refund will be made through a deposit to the account you provide us.

Promotional items are not eligible for exchange.
